Booking Terms and Conditions

The delegate fee includes full attendance to the conference and exhibition, with conference materials, drinks reception and daytime catering (2 x refreshment breaks & lunch). Accommodation not included.

Payment must be received in full before the date of the event, otherwise entry may be refused. All late registrations (10 working days or less prior to the event) must be paid by credit card. Please provide an email address where requested so that future communication can be sent to you.

Cancellations

Cancellations of conference places must be confirmed in writing (email with a signature is acceptable) and received (not postmarked) by the European Conference Office by 5:00 pm on Friday 20 June 2014. A cancellation fee of €70 will be charged to cover administrative costs and losses incurred. Written cancellations received after Friday 20 June 2014, will be charged 100% of the conference fee. If original payment was made by cheque, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks to be refunded.

Substitutions are welcome at any stage without penalty.

The conference organisers recommend that all participants invest in appropriate travel insurance.

Programme Changes/Information

It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, to change the programme content, speakers and/or timings. The conference organisers and sponsors are not liable for any changes.
